With these, and the appropriate know-how of course, you can cover nearly all the fine-tuning that your home will need over the years.

  2. Tape measure – 16 feet long
  3. Hammer – basic 16 oz claw hammer
  4. Pliers – needle nose pliers, lineman’s pliers
  5. Wrench – small and medium crescent wrench, pipe wrench
  6. Hand saw
  7. Level – 2’ to 4’
  8. Stud finder
  9. Utility knife
  10. Allen keys
  11. Battery operated drill and impact drill
  12. Staple gun
  13. Paintbrush (optional)

  2. Compressor and 18 gauge pin nailer
